Weeke Router

One of the many configurations of the German Weeke HOMAG CENTATEQ CNC Routers we service. This is a mixture of motion system designs. It has a rack and pinion driven X-Axis which moves a gantry that holds the Y and Z-Axis motion systems. These two are often Bosch Rexroth ball screw assemblies with Bosch Rexroth linear way guides and rails. Like most other CNC routers with ball screws, these motion components often get clogged with sawdust preventing oil or grease from lubricating them. It is a matter of time before the screw system fails or locks up.
