Bring your ball screw and linear way guide systems back to like-new again, restoring accuracy to your worn CNC motion systems for one single quoted price. All costs are rolled into one single flat charge with no mysterious travel fees or inflated driving and mileage charges. Allow us to come to your facility and service your lasers, routers, milling centers, turret punches, press brake back-gauges, shears, and more for a simple fixed price.
Most machines can be refurbished in the field, at your location, within one production shift keeping your machines in production with minimal interruptions.
How do we do this?
The core technicians behind Ballscrew Guys have been restoring ball screws since 1999. Our flat rate specials are geared specifically for the CNC equipment types and models we have been accurizing for decades. Our game is dialed in for servicing these machines so we are confident we can bring new life to your equipment at one set price. While every piece of used equipment will have unique aspects and details, we know typically what to expect when we encounter them.
We show up at your facility with our tools and our specialty bearing inventory. We clean and inspect the core motion components of your machine, identify the areas which have wear and looseness, and then custom fit new machine tool bearings to compensate for looseness from the largest field mobile bearing inventory in North America. We bring your machines to like new capability for a small fraction of what new or repair depot refurbished components cost all without the lost production from extended equipment downtime.
Part of keeping our prices low is combining service of multiple customers in a region. For this pricing to work, we need up to 6 weeks to schedule your service into a travel swing in your area. We make it a point to try to give our customers the best competitive pricing on the market and this is one of the ways we make that happen. If you know you need service sooner, please call us! We can figure out a way to make that happen. Weekend scheduling is always available, at no additional charge.
Is there fine print?
There always is some fine print. Ours is straight forward. The Flat Rate CNC Equipment Accurizing Specials we offer are always based on specific makes and models of machines. We will specify exactly what parts we refurbish, inspect, and service. Sometimes during our service call we find other motion or lubrication system issues which may require attention. If minor, we often roll these into our flat rate service charge. For more serious issues such as motor or outboard end bearing services, end bearing replacements, or other specialty replacement parts, there may be an additional charge - but only after consultation with your contact at your facility. We are always forthright and upfront to what these are ahead of time. Nobody likes surprise increases to the invoice at the end of the job so we communicate these possibilities whenever suspected or discovered.
